Glean launches global partner program to scale enterprise AI adoption
Published by AINave Editorial • Reviewed by Ramit
Glean has launched the Glean Partner Network, a global partner program designed to help enterprises move from AI experimentation to production deployment. For AI builders and enterprise teams, the program means easier access to trained partners who can deploy Glean's permission-aware AI platform, with resources like deal registration and market development funds (MDF) to reduce go-to-market friction.
What the Glean Partner Network includes
The program, unveiled at the company's inaugural Glean:GO Partner Summit, brings together four partner pathways: referral, commercial, services and solutions, and technology. Partners can participate in more than one pathway depending on their capabilities. They gain access to self-service training, tiered Boost Camps, specialist competencies in agent building, custom connectors, and embedded experiences, as well as deal registration, MDF, co-marketing opportunities, and dedicated sales, technical, marketing, and executive support.
Glean reports that its partner ecosystem has grown to span North America, EMEA, APJ, and Latin America, with partners completing more than 2,000 accreditations across sales, technical, and delivery disciplines.
Why this matters for AI builders and enterprise teams
The program's emphasis on permission-aware AI foundations addresses a key enterprise concern: applying AI across data, permissions, and workflows without compromising governance. Scott Blahauvietz, vice president of AI and cloud sales at AHEAD, a Glean partner, noted that Glean provides the permission-aware foundation to move from experimentation to adoption.
Partners can develop agents, custom connectors, and embedded experiences, and can co-sell or transact Glean technology. Zubin Irani, vice president of partnerships at Glean, said the network gives partners more ways to build real businesses with Glean and gives customers a clearer path to the expertise they need.
Practical implications for customers and partners
For customers, the program aims to make it easier to find partners with the right expertise for specific AI projects, including deploying Glean, building an integration or an agent, operating AI services, and creating industry-specific solutions. Partners can lead implementation and adoption, operate AI services, or develop technology extensions and customer solutions.
The unified structure means partners can expand across sales, services, technology, and solutions as their capabilities grow, with the potential to earn greater investment from Glean as they deliver customer impact.
Caveats and what's not yet clear
Most claims about the program's effectiveness are based on vendor-reported materials. The specific rules for accessing MDF and deal registration are not fully disclosed, and real-world partner ROI may vary by region and engagement depth. The program's success will depend on how well partners can actually deliver on the promised training and support, and whether the permission-aware AI foundation translates into faster enterprise adoption in practice.
