The rules for using AINave: discovering and listing products, posting to the community, and keeping your account safe.

The short version
- You own what you post, and you let us show it on AINave.
- Keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for what happens on your account.
- No illegal, infringing, malicious or spammy content. We can remove it and suspend accounts that break these terms.
- AINave is provided as is, and the laws of India govern these terms.
- We’ll give at least 10 days’ notice before a material change takes effect.

1Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using AINave’s platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2Description of service
AINave provides the following primary services:
- 2.1A platform for listing and discovering AI-powered tools and services (“the Service”).
- 2.2Tech News, a feed of AI-specific news in short form (less than 80 words), sourced from well-known news publishers.
- 2.3An AI-focused community platform to share insights, articles, and engage in discussions.
- 2.4Launches, a weekly ranking where makers launch their products and the community upvotes them.
3User accounts
- 3.1You must create an account to submit or claim a tool on our platform, submit a post, or react to any post or tool.
- 3.2You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
- 3.3You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
4Content and conduct
- 4.1Users are responsible for the content they submit to the platform.
- 4.2Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:
- Illegal or fraudulent content
- Content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Malicious software or links
- Spam or unsolicited promotional content
- 4.3AINave reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
5Intellectual property
- 5.1Users retain all ownership rights to their content.
- 5.2By submitting content to AINave, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content in connection with the Service.
6Third-party links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by AINave. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
7Termination
- 7.1We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
- 7.2All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
8Limitation of liability
In no event shall AINave, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
9Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
10Governing law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11Changes to these terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 10 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
12Data storage and security
- 12.1All data collected and processed by AINave is safely stored on servers run by Hetzner in Finland.
- 12.2Our servers and data stay in the European Union, ensuring compliance with various data protection regulations.
- 12.3We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
- 12.4While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. How we collect and use personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
