AINave provides the following primary services:
2.1. A platform for listing and discovering AI-powered tools and services ("the Service").
2.2. A RSS News Feed Reader labeled as Tech Bytes, which provides AI-specific news in short form (less than 80 words) powered by well-known News Publishers.
2.3. An AI-focused community platform to share insights, articles, and engage in discussions.
3. User Accounts
3.1. You must create an account to submit or claim a tool on our platform, submit a post, or react to any post/tool.
3.2. You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
3.3. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
4. Content and Conduct
4.1. Users are responsible for the content they submit to the platform.
4.2. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:
- Illegal or fraudulent content
- Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Malicious software or links
- Spam or unsolicited promotional content
4.3. AINave reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. Users retain all ownership rights to their content.
5.2. By submitting content to AINave, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content in connection with the Service.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by AINave. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
7. Termination
7.1. We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
7.2. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

In no event shall AINave, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
9. Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 10 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

12.1. All data collected and processed by AINave is safely stored on AWS (Amazon Web Services) Infrastructure.
12.2. Our data centers are located in the United States and the European Union, ensuring compliance with various data protection regulations.
12.3. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
12.4. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
