Thank you for your interest in submitting your product to our platform. To ensure a smooth review process and maintain the quality of our listings, please follow these guidelines. Pay special attention to the most critical criteria marked with ⭐.

Most Important Criteria

Real, Online Products That Are Actively Being Built: Your submission must be a functional software technology product. This includes:

  • Early-stage MVPs
  • Live tools and applications
  • Products in active development

The following will be rejected:

  • Courses, ebooks, or educational resources
  • Physical products or hardware
  • Non-functional demos or prototypes
  • Services or agencies (unless backed by a software product)

1. Functionality

  • ⭐ Your product must be fully functional and operational at the time of submission.
  • Provide a clear explanation of what the product does and the problem it solves.
  • Ensure that all features described in your submission actually work as intended.
  • Products in active beta are accepted, but core functionality must be live and usable.

2. Description and Metadata

  • Provide a clear, concise description of your product (what it does, who it's for, and why it matters).
  • Include relevant keywords and tags to help users find your product.
  • Specify the applicable categories and topics for your product.
  • Screenshots, demo videos, or live previews are strongly encouraged.

3. Product Quality

  • ⭐ Your product must meet a reasonable standard of quality — it should work reliably without critical bugs.
  • The user interface should be usable and reasonably polished.
  • For developer tools, documentation or a README must be available.
  • For mobile apps, the app must be live on the App Store or Google Play (or have a functional web version).

4. Pricing and Terms

  • Clearly state the pricing model (free, freemium, paid, one-time, subscription, etc.).
  • Do not misrepresent pricing — "free" products must have a genuinely free tier.
  • Link to your Terms of Service and Privacy Policy if you collect user data.

5. Support and Maintenance

  • Provide a way for users to contact you for support (e.g., email, chat, support portal).
  • Commit to maintaining and updating your product regularly.
  • Abandoned or unmaintained products may be unpublished at the team's discretion.

6. Ethical Considerations

  • ⭐ Your product must not promote or enable harmful, illegal, or malicious activities.
  • Be transparent about data collection, privacy practices, and how user data is used.
  • Products that are deceptive, manipulative, or violate user trust will be rejected.
  • If your product uses AI, disclose this clearly and be transparent about any potential limitations or biases.
  • NSFW products will no longer be accepted. While some NSFW products were approved in the past, we are no longer accepting new submissions of this kind and they will be rejected.

7. Originality

  • Your product must be your own — do not submit products you do not own or have authorization to list.
  • Clones or copies of existing products without meaningful differentiation will be rejected.

We accept all software technology products — including SaaS apps, mobile apps, web tools, developer tools, browser extensions, AI-powered products, and more. If it's a functional software product that solves a real problem, it's likely a good fit.

3. Why is my product already live without being submitted?

Our team actively scouts for high-quality products from across the internet, in addition to processing user submissions. If your product was discovered this way, it may have been added to our platform.

4. How can I claim an already live product?

To claim a product that's already listed on our platform, please reach out to us using your company email at: ramit@ainave.com. Our team will verify your ownership and provide you with access to manage the listing.

5. Can I submit a product that doesn't use AI?

Yes! We now welcome all software tech products, not just AI-powered ones. If your product is a great tool that solves a real problem, we'd love to have it listed.
