- Payments go through Dodo Payments. We never see or store your full card number.
- Your profile, products, comments and upvotes are public. Your email address isn’t.

1Who we are
AINave (“we”, “us”) runs ainave.com, a platform for discovering, launching and reading about AI products. AINave is operated by AINave (Unregistered), based in India.
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use AINave, why, and the choices you have. It works alongside our Terms of Service.

3How we use it
- 3.1To run AINave: sign you in, show your profile and products, and count upvotes and views.
- 3.2To review submissions and keep the platform free of spam, fraud and abuse.
- 3.3To process payments for paid plans and send receipts.
- 3.4To email you about your account, your products and your launches. You choose which emails you get in Settings › Notifications.
- 3.5To understand how AINave is used, so we can fix problems and improve it.
- 3.6To meet our legal obligations.
4Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files your browser stores for a website. We use two kinds:

6How long we keep it
- 6.1Account details and content: for as long as your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize them, unless the law requires us to keep them.
- 6.2Payment records: for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
- 6.3Usage data and diagnostics: only for as long as we need them to fix problems and improve AINave.
7Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict how we use it. Here’s how:
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
8Security and storage
Your data is stored on Hetzner servers in Finland, in the European Union. If you live outside the EU, your data is transferred to and processed there. We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections, to protect it. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
9Children
AINave isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal data. If you think a child has given us personal data, email us and we’ll delete it.
10Changes to this policy
We’ll post any changes on this page and update the date at the top. If a change is material, we’ll tell you by email or on AINave before it takes effect.
