Instead of learning every discipline yourself, you delegate work to your squad, then review its progress and sign off the results. You stay in charge of what gets done; the squad does the specialist work. Squads cover areas such as GTM, Software Engineering, and Biology and Life Sciences, with more to come. Our aim is to transform how knowledge workers get work done and help them become 10x more productive. xSquads launched in London on 22 September 2026 and is a desktop app for Mac now, with Windows coming soon.
