For repetitive tasks, it is best to create prompt templates that can be used over and over again. Build up a library of solutions for your specific tasks.    

Automations: 

Start your workflows and prepared tasks based on a time schedule (i.e. every night, every hour, etc.) or based on a webhook call. This allows you to come into the ValueFlow studio and have your solutions already prepared.   

Tags for your departments, activities or subjects: 

Make ValueFlow a company-wide tool and sort your solutions by the responsible department, by the activity it supports, or by a certain topic. This tags system keeps the AI studio clean and well structured.   

Security and Compliance first: 

ValueFlow emphasizes security. Every business receives its own Microsoft server instance allowing full separation of data to other customers and enabling enterprise-level security. For European companies ValueFlow allows them to be GDPR compliant when working with AI, as everything (including the AI model) will be hosted within the EU.
