Why is AI needed in user research, you ask?

Slow-Costly-Lousy; does this describe your current user research process.

User insights are crucial, we all know that. Conducting research is tedious and Slow. Finding a participant, scheduling a call, facing no-shows, going through hours of content to find insights.

It often takes weeks before you get meaningful insights. It requires investment of both time and money.

There is an alternative. It’s unmoderated user research, i.e users asynchronously share the feedback with you, without your intervention. I remember the frustration of trying to squeeze meaningful feedback out of unmoderated testing, only to be left with more questions than answers.

Are there better ways now with AI?

Enter Userology, the AI-moderated research platform. The AI is fine tuned and trained on 2200+ hrs of research content created.

Userology’s AI automates the entire user research process saving you time and money without losing out on critical insights. AI conducts feedback calls whenever the user is available. The AI, which is fed with product context, dynamically asks deeper questions for better insights.
