ApplyIQ

ApplyIQ is an intelligent job application assistant designed to reduce noise for employers and remove stress for jobseekers. It identifies high quality opportunities based on a user’s real experience, preferences, and career goals, then submits applications only when a strong match is detected.

Users upload a resume, specify criteria such as role type, location, and salary range, and ApplyIQ automatically sources suitable openings across Adzuna’s extensive job database and partner network. The system prioritises relevance, avoids mass application behaviour, and never rewrites resumes. Instead it relies on accurate matching signals that respect both candidate authenticity and employer expectations.

Released as an early alpha in December 2024, the tool was tested by more than 6,000 jobseekers. Seventy three percent rated it user friendly, and almost forty percent reported securing at least one interview after joining the programme.
