Overview
SaaSiest London Executive Edition is a one day event focused on the practice and progress of B2B SaaS and AI in Europe. The page presents a curated environment where senior executives from leading SaaS and AI companies come together for focused discussions, roundtables, and peer-to-peer learning. Attendees are selected through an application process to ensure the room comprises senior leaders with relevant experience and a readiness to share candid insights. The event promises direct conversations about leadership, growth, hiring, funding, and the strategic decisions only executives can make.
Agenda and format
The day is built around five executive rooms that host role-based talks and roundtables. The format emphasizes operator talks, roundtable discussions, and long breaks designed to enable 1:1 conversations. The agenda is designed to facilitate practical knowledge exchange, with sessions that cover topics such as revenue generation, product development, finance, and customer outcomes. A hands-on element includes workshops aimed at delivering actionable outcomes the next business day, for example automations and workflows that finance teams can implement immediately. The event feature also allows for extended breaks to foster private conversations and relationship building among attendees.
Rooms and sessions
The rooms are organized to reflect specific tracks and leadership functions. Examples of sessions include CEO level leadership conversations around growth and governance, revenue strategy discussions, finance optimization workshops, and product leadership talks. Each room emphasizes real-world case studies and frank discussions about what has worked and what hasn’t. Attendees can expect a mix of talks and roundtables that encourage direct Q&A with peers.
Speakers and participants
SaaSiest emphasizes talks by operators rather than generic keynote speakers. The speaker lineup includes senior leaders from the SaaS and AI space, such as CEOs, CROs, CPOs, CTOs, and other C-level executives. The on-page speaker list highlights individuals like Leah Tharin, Dave Killeen, Anika Zubair, Jonathan Sanders, Jonathan Teir, and others, with roles spanning company leadership and product or customer success domains. The emphasis is on practical experience, honest lessons, and the decisions behind outcomes rather than formal marketing talks.
Venue and logistics
The venue is CodeNode, located at 10 South Place, London EC2M 7EB, in the heart of the City of London near Moorgate and Liverpool Street. Getting there emphasizes proximity to rail links and the Elizabeth line, offering straightforward access from Heathrow. Doors open in the morning with a program running through the day into the early evening, followed by a drinks reception. The event is not online, focusing on in-person collaboration and relationship building.
Audience and applicability
The event targets directors and above at B2B SaaS and AI native software companies, with a preference for companies at or beyond approximately 2 million EUR ARR or about 20 employees. The process includes an application review within 48 hours to ensure alignment with the room’s standards and objectives. The event also invites investors and service providers but emphasizes a balanced, non competitive environment where participants can engage openly.
FAQ and participation
A full FAQ is available on the site. The information outlines how to apply, what to expect, and how seats are allocated. The overarching aim is to create a trusted community environment where executives can share experiences, challenges, and practical approaches to growth and product development.
Audience takeaway
By attending, executives gain access to peer networks, practical strategies that can be implemented quickly, and a framework for ongoing collaboration beyond the event itself. The experience is designed to augment leadership capabilities, improve go-to-market and product decisions, and expand professional networks within Europe’s SaaS and AI ecosystems.
