Overview
Product Build Day Pro is a one-day, in-person training in Berlin on 26 November 2026, running from 09:00 to 17:00 CET. It is designed for product managers, product owners and designers who want to take an idea from opinion to decision. Participants build a working prototype with AI, test it with users and bring the evidence to the people who make the call. No coding is needed. The training is held in English and is limited to a curated group of 12 people.
What you will do
The day follows three moves. First, you build: you define the challenge, decide in advance which metric would kill the idea, and create a working app from plain English prompts. Second, you test: AI testers and the people at your table go through the prototype, you fix what causes problems and run it again, and you design a first customer test with a number that signals a go. Third, you decide: you make a three-minute case at your table, answer questions, and selected cases are then presented to the whole room.
Everyone works on one shared brief with a sample buyer behind it, so the room can compare real work and nobody has to defend a pet idea by reflex.
Agenda
- 09:00 Define: receive the brief, define the challenge and set the metric that would kill the idea.
- 10:30 Build: two hours of building with AI, with the trainer and your table beside you.
- 13:15 Test: AI testers and your table go through the prototype, you fix what they stumble on and design the first customer test.
- 15:00 Decide: three-minute pitches at your table with questions, then selected cases for the room.
- 17:00 Close.
Lunch and two breaks are included in the day.
Trainer
Marcin Klimaszewski, a Certified Lovable Expert, built this format and runs product discovery workshops across Europe. Before going solo he led a 35-person UX team in five countries at Sanoma Learning. He works with participants through the build, the test and the pitch. The page reports more than 130 people trained across 6 countries.
Format and who it is for
The training takes place in person in Berlin, with small tables and the same people all day. It suits product managers, product owners and designers. Participants should be comfortable with web tools and discussing product work in English. A short prep call the week before covers the setup, and participants are asked to bring a laptop.
What you receive
- A working prototype at a URL.
- Usability findings from your own tests.
- A plan for the first customer test, with a number that defines success.
- A three-minute case, rehearsed with questions.
- A certificate of completion with your name, the five skills, 8 hours of training and a credential ID for LinkedIn.
- A 45-minute follow-up with Marcin before your real meeting.

Does company data go into AI tools? No. The brief uses sample data, so nothing from your company's systems is needed.
Can individuals book a seat? No. Pro is sold to companies only, and checkout asks for the company name, address and VAT ID.
