Overview
AI x Voices #2 is an in-person evening conference in Kraków featuring talks by practitioners who have built with AI. The event is intended for a broad audience: no prior AI knowledge or coding experience is required. Speakers focus on what they made and how they made it, rather than delivering academic lectures, so attendees can come whether they use AI in their work already or are still exploring their first idea.
Admission is free, but advance registration through Luma is required. Fire-safety rules limit the number of seats. If registration is full, attendees can join the Luma waitlist; anyone who can no longer attend is asked to cancel their booking so that a place can open for someone else.
Date, venue, and schedule
The conference takes place on 12 November 2026 at Hevre, Meiselsa 18, Kraków, Poland. The room is one floor up. Doors open at 5:30 PM, and the conference begins at 6:00 PM. The published event listing gives an end time of 9:30 PM. After the talks, attendees can continue at an informal afterparty at a venue a few minutes’ walk away, running until midnight. The afterparty has no formal agenda or presentations; activities may include pool, bowling, and darts, and the venue changes from month to month.
Talks and speakers
Michał Ksiądzyna, co-organiser of AI x Voices and creator of The Shen Method, presents “AI Leadership.” The talk considers how intentional, effective use of AI can enable solutions, products, and services that previously were not possible. It addresses both applying AI to improve existing processes and leading AI teams to create new kinds of value.
Aleksander Lukashou, an AI consultant and Agentic AI Engineer, presents “Evolution of Image Generation.” The talk traces developments in image generation over recent years, from early generative models to current systems based on diffusion and multimodal AI.
Recording and participation
Full talks are not recorded. The organisers take photographs and short clips of the room, avoiding close-ups that could identify guests; speakers may be shown normally. People interested in speaking at a future edition can submit a topic through the form on the Speakers page. The organisers are looking for people who have built something with AI, whether in a company, a product, research, or a personal project.
Organisers and partner
The event is organised by Maciej Caputa and Michał Ksiądzyna. Edubite, a Polish education technology company behind the Matematyka Gryzie and Nauka Gryzie learning apps, is a series partner. The company says its apps have been trusted by more than 60,000 learners and supports the series while seeking builders to help its growth.
