Overview
AI DevCon is a three-day event for developers, engineering leaders, and teams putting agentic coding to work in real codebases. The 2026 program focuses on how to scale AI-native development beyond individual developers, across teams, codebases, and platforms. It emphasizes practical engineering and tools that participants can apply in their work, with sessions grounded in real tools and code rather than slide presentations. The page lists an expected 700+ attendees, 52 sessions, and 2,000+ content hours.
Dates and location
The event takes place November 2–4, 2026, at Industry City in Brooklyn, New York. The venue listing identifies Building 5. The FAQ says registration and keynotes are in room 52A in Building 5, while other conference tracks take place at The Landing, a coworking space in Building 3. The two locations are a short walk apart. Subway access is available from the 36th Street station on the D, N, and R lines, followed by a walk of less than five minutes. Paid public parking is available at Industry City, on 37th Street and 2nd Avenue.
Topics and program
The event includes keynotes, multiple tracks, hands-on sessions, and a happy hour for continuing conversations. Its published topic areas are:
- Context and skills engineering: Designing specifications, rules, and reusable skills, and treating agent context with the same rigor as software.
- Agent governance, security, and trust: Scanning, scoring, and auditing what agents install and run to support safer production use.
- Standardization and reuse at scale: Creating shared, versioned libraries of skills and workflows across organizations.
- Continuous evaluation and optimization: Measuring whether skills are actually used, running evaluations like unit tests, and using results to improve them.
- Tools in action: Practical playbooks, enterprise transformation accounts, and live demonstrations that address what worked and what did not.
Attendees can choose sessions across tracks to match what they are building. The event page describes keynotes as coming from people actively shipping with agents. It also notes that the speaker lineup is being announced in stages and that the call for papers is open, with rolling review closing October 1, 2026.
Attendance and tickets
In-person passes include conference programming, breakfast and lunch, and an invitation to the happy hour. The conference-only pass covers November 3 and 4 and is listed at $300. The full three-day pass includes the workshop day and both conference days and is listed at $400. A free virtual ticket provides keynote livestreams, selected sessions online, and recordings after the event. The page also mentions nine practical workshops for the workshop day, with laptop use required for those workshops. Travel and accommodation are not included. Teams of five or more can contact the organizers about discounted pricing and early access to recordings; the FAQ specifies a 20% discount code for bookings of more than five tickets. Ticket sales are final and tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred.
