It is organized by Agile Finland r.y., a not-for-profit association supporting Finland’s Agile community.
The conference is intended for software engineers and developers, Agile coaches and Scrum Masters, product owners and product managers, engineering managers and tech leads, QA and test professionals, DevOps and platform engineers, project managers in Agile environments, and leaders responsible for digital transformation or organizational agility.

Conference themes
The program is organized around three tracks:
- Human-Centered Agile Leadership in the AI Era: Leading with empathy, trust, and clarity through rapid change, and considering how to tell whether AI is improving teams rather than simply increasing activity.
- Engineering Excellence & Flow: Maintaining quality, continuous delivery, and developer satisfaction in AI-assisted engineering pipelines, including how software craft changes when code is easier to produce.
- AI as an Agile Teammate: Exploring how AI agents affect team dynamics, rituals, and discovery, and what effective teamwork means when some teammates are AI.
Talks and participation
The call for proposals invites speakers to share experiments involving AI in Agile rituals, engineering pipelines, or leadership. Proposals may present successful approaches or candid failures that offer lessons to others. The advertised formats include 45-minute talks and 45- or 90-minute workshops, including case studies, practical frameworks, and interactive sessions. Anyone with a conference ticket can propose a 20- to 25-minute Open Mic session at the information desk on the morning of the conference. Proposals are submitted through Sessionize. No individual speakers or detailed day-by-day schedule are named on the page.
Selected main speakers receive a free two-day conference pass and an invitation to the Speaker Dinner. The page also lists up to two nights at Sokos Hotel Presidentti for speakers from outside the capital area, plus travel reimbursement support of up to €100–€500 depending on location. Company invoice or team-ticket inquiries can be sent to scan@agile.fi.
