Topics & Format
The event outlines three content pillars under the theme of What we build, How we build it and Who we become. The technology, processes and people dimensions are all explored, with emphasis on how AI is changing software practice without eliminating the craft. The format is pitched as somewhere between a conference and an unconference, combining on stage talks with attendee led sessions, longer Q&A and hands on labs. Workshops and labs provide practical, hands-on space for attendees to experiment with tools and techniques in smaller groups. A buddy system and inclusive planning aim to make it easier for first time attendees to join conversations.
