Overview
GenAI Workshop Fest is a two day, hands on event dedicated to practical, production focused GenAI skills. Taking place in València, Spain on 9–10 November 2026, the festival is designed for engineers, architects, product leaders and AI practitioners who want to move beyond theory and build real capabilities with leading European AI experts. The event is hosted at ADEIT · Fundación Universidad-Empresa, located in the historic heart of València, within easy reach of the cathedral and Plaça de la Reina. The format emphasizes active participation, collaboration and direct interaction with practitioners applying AI in real environments.
Tracks and format
There are four parallel tracks that run across both days, each consisting of four sessions totaling 12 hours per track. Attendees choose a specialization and follow it end to end, with sessions organized as classes of three hours each. The four tracks are:
- AI Engineer
- Agentic Software Engineering
- AI Architect & Consulting
- Applied AI for Business Each track emphasizes hands-on work, with class artifacts, certificates on completion of all four classes, and opportunities to build usable outcomes during the sessions. The schedule intentionally excludes keynote talks in favor of practical labs and collaborative problem solving.
Agenda
Two workshops per day per track are conducted in morning and afternoon blocks, with a midday lunch break and space for networking. The agenda structure is built to ensure cohorts move together through the four classes, finishing with a networking and community gathering. Coffee stations are available throughout the day.
Speakers
The event features a curated group of AI builders and practitioners including:
- Jean Francois Gutierrez — AI Solution Architect
- David Garrido Leal — AI Engineer
- Cristian Bietti — AI Architect
- Antonio Pérez Cano — CIO & AI Architect
- Borja Vega — AI Founder & Marketer These speakers bring hands-on experience with generation AI in production and are available to share real world experiences, architectures and governance considerations.
Venue and accessibility

Corporate packages are available with potential savings. A selection of four track specific tickets is offered with direct purchase options.
Who should attend
This event is designed for AI engineers, software developers, architects, and leaders who want to deepen practical AI skills, implement production grade AI solutions and understand governance and cost considerations for real world deployments. It is equally suitable for teams seeking to upskill together and to explore hands-on workflows that can be applied immediately in production settings.
What to expect
Expect a European hands-on AI learning experience focused on practical outcomes, collaboration, and building capabilities rather than listening to talks. Attendees leave with tangible artifacts, enhanced tooling knowledge, and a clear path to applying AI within their own organizations.
