Overview
FLOCK ’26 is NeuBird AI’s annual thought leadership summit focused on autonomous production operations. The event brings practitioners and leaders together to compare notes on transitioning to self running systems, with a practitioner-first approach and no vendor pitches on the main stage. This in person gathering is designed for SREs, platform and infrastructure engineers, heads of reliability, CTOs, and CISOs who back these teams. The summit emphasizes real world lessons, hands on sessions, and hallway conversations that drive practical understanding of how autonomous operations are built and operated.
Agenda
What to expect is under development, but the day is shaped around a single in person schedule featuring morning arrivals, keynote sessions, hands on breakout sessions, lunch, and an evening reception. The program centers on main stage ideas, practitioner led sessions, and demonstrations that illuminate how autonomy changes detection, incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous optimization. The format prioritizes the exchange of concrete experiences over vendor narratives.
In Person Experience
The in person summit is scheduled for October 14 in San Francisco. Attendees will convene at a Beaux-Arts landmark with skyline views, the Julia Morgan Ballroom in the Merchants Exchange, offering a historic and inspiring setting for main talks and breakout sessions. Space is limited and curated to foster meaningful conversations. The event showcases a combination of main stage talks, breakout sessions, and hallway conversations that are difficult to replicate remotely, with a focus on the human and collaborative aspects of building autonomous production systems.
Speakers
FLOCK features a lineup of speakers who are deeply embedded in building and deploying autonomous operations. Presenters include leaders and engineers from NeuBird AI as well as other practitioners who share hands on insights about how autonomous systems are designed, scaled, and recovered in the real world. The speaker track highlights themes such as autonomous SRE, platform engineering, and the practical tooling that supports resilient operations.
Format and Tracks
The day includes a mix of keynote talks, deep dive sessions, and live demonstrations. The program emphasizes deep dives into detection, incident response, and tooling, with practitioner led sessions and demonstrations that illustrate real world autonomy. Networking and hallway conversations are an important part of the experience, offering attendees a chance to connect with peers who are actively building the autonomous ops era.
FAQ
Attendance for the in person event is invitation based, with a limited number of seats. Prospective attendees or speakers may submit inquiries or requests to participate. Sponsor information and opportunities are available through the official channels, with details on sponsorship prospectuses and contact points for potential partners.
Who should attend
