Overview
AI Cases Conf 2026 is a one day conference focused on real world results from implementing artificial intelligence in traditional, non IT business domains. The event is designed for owners and operational executives in functions such as operations, finance, HR, marketing, production, logistics, and customer service. The program emphasizes measurable outcomes, ROI, pilot costs, and honest reflections on what did and did not work. The event brings together practitioners who have actually implemented AI within their own organizations, rather than vendor presentations, to share concrete numbers, context, and lessons learned.
Date and Venue
The conference takes place on 19 October 2026 in Moscow, Russia, at the cluster Lomono saw (Lomonosov) venue. The format is offline only with up to 500 attendees and four concurrent streams running throughout the day. The venue accommodates a mix of case talks, round tables, and hands on workshops, with a clear focus on practical application rather than theoretical demonstrations.
Format and Agenda
The program centers on the idea that the unit of value is the outcome, not the technology. Each talk is designed to verify a measurable result, show how AI was embedded into a real business process, and discuss the economics of the project including pilot costs and the price of errors.
Formats of presentations include:
- Case talks (25 minutes): core narrative includes the context, what was implemented, the before and after numbers, the missteps, and the cost of the project.
- Anti-cases and failure analyses (25 minutes): discussions of what went wrong and what would be done differently.
- Roundtables (50 minutes): discussions among 6–8 executives under Chatham House rules.
- Panel discussions (50 minutes): multi-speaker sessions with a moderator exploring the true costs of pilots and cross-functional impacts.
- Hands-on workshops (90 minutes): practical sessions on calculating ROI and writing requirements for AI integration.
The conference is segmented into thematic streams:
- Operations, manufacturing, and logistics
- Finance and back office
- HR and customer service
- Marketing, sales, and growth Each stream features multiple talks and case studies that explore AI applications in that domain, including predictive maintenance, quality control through AI, demand forecasting, automation of closes and reconciliations, recruiter tools, call center copilots, personalization, pricing optimization, and lead generation.
Who Should Attend
The event is aimed at non IT executives who are responsible for operational results and budget decisions. Attendees typically include business leaders, operations chiefs, finance leaders, HR heads, marketing and sales executives, and executives responsible for customer experience and logistics.
Why Attend
Attendees gain access to real world ROI stories, without vendor sales pitches. The conference aims to help participants assess the true cost of AI pilots, understand which AI applications reliably deliver value, and learn practical methods for validating results before scaling AI across a function.
