The site highlights the submission process, including a template for manuscripts and a schedule that outlines important dates for full papers, abstracts, and audience registrations. There is also mention of a tentative program and a venue section, indicating planned keynote talks, technical sessions, and potential workshops. While specific speaker names are not listed on the page, the site emphasizes the formal submission process and the availability of a manuscript template to guide authors.
Submission, Registration, and Fees
ASIC 2026 offers a clear pathway for researchers to participate through manuscript submissions and registration. A highlighted template for manuscripts is provided to help authors format papers for submission, and there are dedicated submission buttons and call-to-action prompts for submitting papers or registering to attend. Registration is tied to conference access, access to sessions, and participation in the publication process. The page references important dates such as full paper deadlines, abstract deadlines, and audience registration deadlines, signaling a structured timeline from submission to presentation.
Venue and Dates
The conference is scheduled for December 4, 2026, in Sanya, China. The page includes an image banner and a venue-related section, suggesting a dedicated in-person gathering with a formal program. The site also references a source for venue information and a program that encompasses home pages, venue details, and related logistics. Attendees should plan travel accordingly and check visa requirements well in advance, as the page provides visa guidance and notes the need for an invitation letter for some attendees.
Visa and Participation
For international participants, the ASIC 2026 page outlines visa considerations for traveling to China. It notes that overseas participants will need valid visas and advises allowing sufficient processing time. The site indicates that a LETTER OF INVITATION from the conference secretary may be required as part of the visa application process. Participants should coordinate with their local embassies or consulates and consider using a travel agent with experience arranging travel to China if needed.
